Amenities
The traditional design of the houses ensures optimum ventilation. Fans help the gentle sea breeze to flow throughout the rooms. In addition, we have equipped the bedrooms of KOKOLEO AND KOKOROUZ with AIR CONDITIONERS. WIFI and LOCAL CALLS are FREE of charge.
The houses are cleaned daily and our friendly staff will arrange with you how often you would like to receive fresh BED LINEN and TOWELS. We usually change every two to three days. Please bring your own beach towels, our towels are for use in the chalets. MOSKITO NETS are provided for all beds. One small SAFE per room is available for your valuables.
All rooms in KOKOLEO and KOKOROUZ as well as one room in KOKOVER have a directly adjacent bathroom (en suite bathroom). KOKOVER chalet’s second bathroom is accessible from the veranda, not directly from the bedroom.
The kitchens of our chalets are equipped for self-catering. You can find groceries and beverages in small shops nearby and larger shops, restaurants and pizzerias within a radius of one kilometre. At lunchtime and in the evening, various take-aways offer good and inexpensive meals to go. You can have your breakfast served by us, in the comfort of your own veranda. Just decide from day to day, you are on holiday.

Check-In: 12 to 5 pm or by arrangement
Check-Out: until 10 am
If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, our reception with shower and toilet, a room for your luggage with library and refrigerator and a beautiful veranda with dining and relaxation area are at your disposal free of charge.
